Overview

As a Designate Practice Manager, you’ll support multiple practices within a UK dental network, driving performance and quality patient care. You collaborate with clinical and support teams to meet financial targets while upholding regulatory standards. You’ll lead staff, manage budgets, and interpret financial data to guide decisions. Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance against set objectives, ensuring outstanding patient care and financial targets.
• Lead a team of practice support staff (dental nurses, receptionists) and manage relationships with self-employed clinicians.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and meet regulator requirements.
• Interpret financial data, including profit and loss, to inform commercial decisions.
• Provide ad hoc support across multiple locations when needed.
