The Work You'll handle a genuinely varied caseload: Residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters: rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes Building and development disputes Land acquisition and strategic options work Possession actions and enforcement matters Purchaser claims and title disputes Real cases with commercial stakes.
