Key Responsibilities
Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters to include boundary disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, easements, nuisance and trespassConducting thorough legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice and solutions to clientsLiaising with clients, external parties, and colleagues to facilitate smooth and efficient processesProviding support to senior solicitors and partners on complex property litigation matters as requiredRequirements: Qualified solicitor / legal executive from NQ Level, with a background in Property LitigationWhat's on offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
