NQ Solicitor - Commercial Real Estate - Glasgow We have an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor within our Commercial Real Estate department, based in our Glasgow office. The RoleAnderson Strathern is well known for its commercial property practice.

We provide mainstream advice to a wide range of clients including occupiers, retailers, hotel and leisure operators, institutional investors, banks, developers and pension funds and engage in corporate support workWe are seeking a motivated newly qualified Solicitor to join our highly regarded Glasgow Commercial Real Estate team working with Partner, Paul Lombardi.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property matters for a diverse client base that includes investors, developers, funders and corporate occupiers. You will be involved in a variety of complex and high value transactions across investment, property finance, asset management and corporate support work.

The Role will involveDeal with leasing work acting for both landlords and tenantsActing in property acquisitions and disposals. Acting for local authorities and other public bodies in property leasing, management and disposalsProvide property support for corporate acquisitions and tendersWhat you will need to succeedGood interpersonal skills and self-confidenceStrong client client care skills while delivering high-quality adviceExcellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
