With solid foundations already in place, this role would suit a manager who can provide stability, maintain standards, and continue the excellent work being delivered by the team.

The home benefits from a highly stable workforce, including a long-serving and supportive Deputy Manager, meaning there are no major turnaround requirements or significant operational challenges. • Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager within a nursing home environment.
