The RoleYou'll manage ocean import shipments from start to finish, including: FCL & LCL shipmentsBooking with shipping lines and overseas agentsShipping documentation and customs/CDSCustomer, haulier and agent liaisonShipment tracking and proactive customer updatesCosting, invoicing and resolving operational issuesBuilding strong customer relationshipsAbout YouYou'll have: Proven Ocean Import / freight forwarding experienceFCL & LCL knowledgeCustoms/CDS experienceExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organisation and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple shipments in a busy environmentCargoWise experience is advantageousWhy Join?
