Your new company You'll be joining a well-established financial planning organisation in Wythenshawe with a strong reputation for putting clients first. The business prides itself on a supportive, family‑feel culture with regular socials, company events and a collaborative team environment.

Your new role As part of the Client Servicing team, you'll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by producing accurate, high-quality reports and documentation. This is a data‑heavy administrative role, where attention to detail is absolutely essential.

You'll be responsible for collating and inputting information from various platforms, including Quilter, and formatting this data into clear, professional reports for advisers. You'll also interpret notes from advisers' client meetings and turn them into well-structured, easy‑to‑read written summaries.

There will be some telephone contact, but this is limited to internal teams only. The role is fully office‑based and suited to someone who enjoys focused work, takes pride in getting things right first time, and understands the importance of accuracy within financial services.

What you'll need to succeed Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing accurate workExperience in a role involving manual data entry and working with multiple systemsThe ability to interpret detailed information and present it clearly in written formatA proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck inAn understanding of how your work impacts advisers, clients and the wider businessStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage routine, process‑driven tasks effectivelyExperience within financial services or financial planning would be advantageous, but is not essential for someone with the right skills and mindset.
