As well as exciting opportunities to work on cutting-edge switchgear which is powering data centres for some of the biggest tech companies in the world. br Were proud of the continued success of our Dublin operation over the last 40 years and we are excited to be expanding into the UK at our new state-of-the-art Nottingham site. br Benefits of joining our team br 4 day week Monday - Thursday 7.15am- 5.30 pm br 20 days holidays br On site parking br Paid lunch break br Over time at x 1.5 br Christmas shutdown br On site br Westfield Health retail discounts after probation br Death in service x3 br EAP br The Panel Wirer role: br Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of components for electrical switchgear systems, specifically: br Accurately wiring control panels and switchgear according to detailed electrical diagrams and specifications. br Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. br Ensuring all wiring work complies with industry standards and health safety regulations. br Testing and inspecting completed panels to verify correct wiring and functionality. br Collaborating with design and engineering teams to resolve any wiring-related issues. br Maintaining a clean and organised work area to support quality and efficiency. br Reporting any faults or defects promptly and suggesting improvements where applicable. br Keeping accurate records of wiring tasks and test results br Uphold our companys standards and deliver products of unmatched excellence. br Champion cleanliness and organisation, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment that fuels our productivity. br Collaborate closely with your team to meet and exceed production targets and deadlines br Adhere rigorously to health and safety regulations. br What youll need to join us as an Panel Wirer: br Proven experience as a Panel Wirer, Electrical Assembler, or in a similar role within manufacturing or engineering. br Strong knowledge of electrical wiring techniques and practices. br Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. br Familiarity with health and safety standards relevant to electrical wiring and panel assembly. br Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. br Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. br Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. br Relevant electrical qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential. br If youre an experienced Panel Wirer looking to work with a forward-thinking, people-focused business, wed love to hear from you. br Note: We reserve the right to amend this job description in line with business needs.
