Part 2 Architectural AssistantManchesterUp to £36,000 DOEAztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Part 2 to gain exposure across all RIBA stages, supporting the delivery of projects within a collaborative studio that offers flexible and hybrid working. Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:- Support the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors- Assist in the development of design proposals from concept through to construction- Produce drawing packages using Revit under the guidance of senior staff- Prepare planning, building regulations, and presentation information- Coordinate with consultants and contribute to project team discussions- Attend site meetings and assist with resolving design and technical issuesKey Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:- Experience working within a UK architectural practice (placement or post-Part 2)- Experience within Education and/or Healthcare sectors is desirable- Proficiency in Revit- Strong design and technical awareness- Good communication and organisational skillsTo express interest, please send your CV to Harley at, or contact him on (phone number removed)
