Part II Architectural AssistantOxfordUp to £40,000Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a growing architectural practice based in Oxford. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Part II Architectural Assistant to support a growing and diverse project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities for this Part II Architectural Assistant role:- Support the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors- Assist in the preparation of planning application submissions and supporting documentation- Produce high-quality drawings, layouts, and visual material to clearly communicate design intent- Collaborate with architects, technicians, and external consultants to support project delivery- Contribute to design development, detailing, and technical coordination- Work closely with senior team members to ensure design quality and compliance standards are maintainedKey Requirements for this Part II Architectural Assistant role:- Proficiency in Revit essential- Experience across Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors desired- Strong understanding of design development, construction principles, and UK Building Regulations- Experience supporting planning applications and technical drawing packages- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving approachTo express interest, please send your CV to Harley at or contact him on (phone number removed) for more information
