Partner Account Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage strategic payments partnerships and drive growth with key partners. You will oversee performance, enable partners with tools and training, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize joint initiatives. You’ll also support SMB partners on smaller upgrade opportunities as part of a cross-functional effort. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a strong focus on delivering value for partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners
• Act as primary partner contact and ensure effective communication and support
• Monitor partner performance against goals and KPIs
• Identify growth opportunities and co-develop marketing, sales, and GTM strategies
• Facilitate partner integration through tools, resources, and training
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and terms with partners
• Track and analyze partnership performance and provide optimization insights
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to support partners and resolve issues

Key requirements

• 3+ years in partnership management, business development, or sales in payments/fintech/financial services
• Proven track record in building and managing partnerships that drive revenue
• Experience with payment processors, banks, ISOs, PSPs, and broader financial ecosystems (desirable)
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• CRM experience with Salesforce
