Partner Account Manager

Overview

As Partner Manager, you will strengthen and grow a strategic partner ecosystem to drive profitability and visibility for top-tier partnerships. You will manage joint business plans, track commercial performance, and progress deals while engaging senior stakeholders. Based in the O2 Business network, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet partners in major locations. This role offers mentorship and exposure to senior leadership in a digitally focused B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen partner relationships and increase profitability across top-tier partnerships
• Manage joint business plans and monitor commercial performance
• Drive deal progression and negotiations with partners
• Engage senior stakeholders and present insights to leadership
• Clarify product and programme value for internal teams and partners
• Coordinate face-to-face partner meetings and on-site collaboration
• Support cross-functional teams with partner-related decisions

Key requirements

• Strong B2B technology channel or distribution experience, ideally within mobile
• Commercial awareness including partner business models, profitability, and deal performance
• Established relationships across reseller, distributor or technology partner communities
• Confident senior stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills
• Collaborative

• Commercially focused
• Cybersecurity knowledge or networking within the B2B technology stack
• Experience creating joint business plans and managing partner performance
• Strong network of partner and channel contacts
