Working for one of the UK's most iconic brands! Job DescriptionAs a People Services Team Lead, you will Lead and support a team of HR professionals to deliver excellent service across the organisation. Ensure HR processes and policies are adhered to and updated as necessary.

Oversee the management of employee records and data, maintaining accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with other teams to address HR-related queries and resolve issues efficiently. Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure continuous development and growth.

Monitor and report on HR performance metrics and suggest improvements where needed. Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives within the business. Act as a point of escalation for complex HR queries and ensure timely resolution.

The Successful Applicant A successful People Services Team Lead should have: Demonstrable experience in Human Resources, ideally in the FMCG industry. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A relevant qualification in HR or related field is advantageous.
