This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team where you will play a key role in client care, case management, and the achievement of team objectives. The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters while supporting the wider team in delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities include: Conducting initial consultations and client triageAdvising and liaising with clients on personal injury mattersManaging ongoing cases from instruction to resolutionMaintaining strong client relationshipsNegotiating settlements and progressing matters efficientlySupporting networking and business development activitiesReviewing and managing WIP and client financingMeeting monthly and annual fee targetsManaging outstanding debt collectionAttending team meetings where requiredKeeping files organised, compliant, and up to dateUsing DPS for all correspondence and ensuring team complianceAdhering to company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirementsCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive with:3-5 years' PQE (or equivalent experience)Proven ability to manage a busy personal workload and meet deadlinesExperience using multiple systems and handling data confidentlyStrong negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and an analytical mindsetStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to follow clear instructions and work independentlyA proactive, responsible, and team focused approachExcellent client relationship skillsPersonal CharacteristicsThe ideal candidate will be: Friendly, approachable, and communicativeComfortable working in a team oriented business environmentProfessional, reliable, and motivated to deliver high quality workHow to ApplyIf this opportunity sounds of interest or you'd like a confidential conversation about your next career move, please contact: Email: oliviareed@chadwicknott.co.ukPhone: 0117 917 1515 / 07711 799761The firm is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
