The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Private Capital / Tax & Trusts team, working on a varied and high-quality caseload. You'll support high-net-worth clients on complex trust and tax matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:Managing your own caseload of trust administration, compliance and tax workAdvising on the creation, structuring and ongoing management of UK trustsDrafting trust deeds, letters of wishes and related documentationProviding guidance on trust taxation (including income tax, CGT and inheritance tax)Preparing or overseeing trust accounts and annual tax returnsWorking closely with tax specialists, accountants and STEP-qualified professionalsSupporting wider private client teams with lifetime planning and wealth protection adviceYou'll be part of a Legal 500 Tier 1-ranked team known for its technical strength and quality of work.

Candidate RequirementsWe're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working on complex matters and building strong client relationships. You will ideally have:Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Trust Specialist (or equivalent experience)Around 2-4 years' PQE (although flexibility will be considered)Strong experience in trusts and private client workKnowledge of trust administration and tax complianceExperience managing your own caseload in a busy environmentExcellent organisation skills with strong attention to detailA proactive, "can-do" attitude and ability to work collaborativelyConfidence dealing with high-net-worth clients and multiple stakeholdersWhy Join?
