Job Description Post Completion Team Lead - Real Estate Location : Leeds Salary : 40000 to 55000 Experience : Significant experience in Real Estate post-completion within a law firm If youre a post-completion specialist who wants more than business as usual this is a rare opportunity to build something properly.

Our client is creating a dedicated Post Completion function within its Real Estate division and they need someone who can take ownership set standards and lead the service forward. Our client is a national UK law firm with an excellent reputation and client base.

They are modern and forward-thinking in their approach to work with a genuine focus on quality efficiency and flexible ways of working. This is a newly created role where you will lead and develop a specialist Post Completion Team supporting Real Estate matters.

Youll combine operational oversight with process improvement helping to create a scalable consistent service that supports both lawyers and clients.
