Practice Manager / Business Manager Salary: £40,000 per annum Location: Vale of Glamorgan area Full Time | Monday to Friday | On-Site An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager or Business Manager to join a growing private healthcare organisation.

This is a unique role offering the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations while helping shape the next stage of the business's growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and driving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the smooth running of a busy clinical environment. Manage employee relations, performance reviews, appraisals and HR processes. Support financial management, cost control and budget monitoring.

Work alongside operational managers to ensure efficient purchasing and resource management. Lead and support a team of employed and freelance staff. Assist with business improvement projects and organisational growth initiatives.

Maintain high standards of governance and regulatory compliance. Build strong relationships across the organisation and provide operational support to senior stakeholders. About You Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager or similar leadership position.

Experience within a healthcare, dental, medical, clinical or regulated environment would be highly advantageous. Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen. Confident managing people, processes and organisational change.

Highly proactive, able to work independently and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience of working within a corporate healthcare or professional services environment would be beneficial.
