Practice Resource Manager

Overview In this role you will drive the staffing and allocation of legal professionals to projects, enabling agility and optimal utilisation across the firm. You will support the Practice Resource Management (PRM) function and contribute to the global network's talent strategy, while engaging with HR and leadership to discuss performance and development.

The role focuses on operational excellence, fast response to resourcing requests, and projects that improve efficiency and mobility of people. This is a chance to shape how a large professional services firm deploys talent.
