Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical design on large projects and ensure integration with other disciplines
- Collaborate with design teams to deliver cohesive solutions
- Present complex technical designs to clients
- Manage project teams up to 10 people and coach junior engineers
- Oversee performance of team members and subcontractors and resolve issues
Key requirements
- BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Chartered Engineer (CEng)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in a consultancy environment
- Ability to lead and support junior engineers
