The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a well-established caseload and sub team, delivering clear, practical advice to a loyal and growing client base. Typical matters will include: Will drafting and estate planning Probate and estate administration Inheritance tax advice and lifetime planning Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Court of Protection work Trust creation and administration (advantageous but not essential) Much of the work involves HNW clients across the South Hams, though previous experience with HNW estates isn’t a requirement.
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, consistent client contact and the support of a highly approachable team.
About You
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) At least 2 years’ PQE in Private Client work Strong communication and client-care skills Able to manage your own caseload confidently STEP qualification (or interest in obtaining it) is a bonus Candidates with supervision experience preferred, although not essential Interested?
