This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for procurement, purchasing, inventory and stock management across a multi-site operation. You’ll lead an established team while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Your new roleLead and develop the procurement and inventory teamManage day-to-day purchasing, stock and procurement operationsOversee procurement systems and purchase-to-pay processesManage supplier relationships and support commercial negotiationsIdentify savings and operational improvement opportunitiesMaintain effective stock levels and continuity of supplySupport procurement strategy, audit and financial controlsWhat you'll need to succeedYou’ll be an experienced procurement professional with strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.

Healthcare experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Applications are welcomed from candidates from other complex or regulated sectors with strong procurement fundamentals.CIPS or a relevant degree-level qualification is preferred, alongside previous experience leading a procurement or supply function.
