Shift patterns: 06:00-18:00 / 07:00-19:00, any 4 days out of 7. Overtime opportunities available during peak periods. Pay rates: * 12.71 GBP hourly Essential requirements for Production Operative: * Own transport is essential due to the site location.
Desirable requirements for Production Operative: Basic English language skills. Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential. Good communication skills. Proactive and positive attitude. Role for Production Operative: Operate production machinery efficiently to meet daily targets.
Ensure 100% order accuracy during the packing and labelling process. Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organised workspace at all times. Support management and colleagues by working flexibly across different departments.
