Location: Corby Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing / Rubber Products The Role We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a manufacturing team in Corby , where you will be involved in the production and assembly of rubber tyres and related products.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role, working as part of a busy production team. Full training will be provided, although previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be an advantage. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing and assembling rubber tyres and components Operating production machinery and equipment Following production instructions and processes Checking products for quality and ensuring they meet required standards Handling raw materials and finished products Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area Working to production targets and deadlines Following all company health & safety procedures Working effectively as part of a team About You The successful candidate will: Have a good work ethic and reliable attendance Be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment Have good attention to detail Be physically capable of carrying out manual production duties Be able to follow instructions and production procedures Work well as part of a team Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07.30-16.30pm Friday 08.00-12.00pm Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
