Programme Manager

Delivering complex Defence and Aerospace programmes takes more than managing schedules and reporting on progress. It takes someone who can overcome challenges, bring engineering teams together and make things happen. As a Programme Manager, you'll take ownership of major, mission-critical projects, solving delivery problems and driving results that make a real difference.

You'll work alongside experienced industry leaders, helping clients accelerate delivery, improve performance and overcome complex engineering challenges. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across design, development, systems integration, testing and deployment. Identify and resolve delivery risks, resource constraints and critical-path dependencies to maintain progress.

Drive programme recovery, acceleration and performance improvements, bringing key milestones forward where achievable. Manage senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to ensure decisions translate into measurable results.

Strengthen programme controls, integrated planning, governance and delivery assurance to improve performance. What we're looking for in a Programme Manager Proven experience delivering complex engineering, technology or Defence programmes, ideally across the full project lifecycle.
