Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver residential and mixed-use projects from concept through to construction stagesLead technical design development and detailing for high quality architectural schemesProduce drawings, models, and visual materials across all RIBA project stagesCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignmentManage project workload within a small team environment with autonomy and accountabilityCommunicate effectively with clients to support project objectives and delivery outcomesMentor junior team members and contribute to collaborative studio working practicesUtilise AutoCAD and Revit to support design development and technical documentationSkills & Experience RequireARB registered architect with minimum two years post Part III UK practice experienceExperience leading projects across all RIBA stages with focus on stages two to fourStrong design and technical ability across residential or hospitality projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp with Revit experience desirableExperience within small to medium sized design-led architectural practices preferredStrong communication skills for client engagement and multidisciplinary coordinationAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver projects to programme deadlinesRight to work in the UK with strong written and spoken English communication skillsSalary & BenefitsSalary between 45,000 and 60,000 depending on experience and capability levelHybrid working with one day remote and flexible core working hoursPension, life assurance, and private healthcare included within benefits packageDiscretionary bonus and annual salary reviews based on performanceRIBA fees paid with CPD support and Part III study funding availableAnnual trips, social events, and additional lifestyle benefits providedHoliday allowance increasing with service plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdownWho Is This Role Ideal For?
