What you'll be doing Hold periodic project reviews and update the Digital BriefcaseEnsure the team maintain accurate project records (progress, daily diaries etc.)Prepare and present both internal/external reports and liaise with stakeholdersAptitude and ability to understand technical answers / explanationsManagement of teams to ensure works are deliverableAbility to interrogate designs and challenge inputs and deliverablesEnsure reports provide relevant information to enable decisions to be made which are informed, cost effective and in line with overall business strategyEnsure a relentless focus on Zero Harm & keep up to date with changes in legislationAccountable for the safety and welfare of the general public, employees and supply chainCarry out Safety & Environmental Tours/promote observation and safety initiativesLead Accident/Incident InvestigationsMonitor effectiveness of the H&S Management System and implement improvement actionsReview RAMS and accepting subcontractor RAMSDevelop H&S plan and ensure it is treated as a live documentEnsure sufficiency and competency of workforceProduce plans for the team to achieve goals/aspirationsDevelop high performing teams, promote a pipeline of talent and assist with internal training through supporting, guiding, motivating and empowering the team.

Who we're looking for Experience of working on a variety of project typesAble to demonstrate a track record of project deliveryIn depth understanding and practical experience of standard forms of contractsProficient in commercial/project management communicationsExperience in implementing safe systems of workAble to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of the organisationCommunicate new concepts and ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholdersEffective team management skills which empower, influence & inspire others to build effective teams.
