What you'll be doing As Senior Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of major, complex construction projects from planning through to completion. You will provide strategic leadership across project governance, health and safety, programme, quality, commercial performance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

The role will require you to lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage senior client and supply chain relationships, drive project controls and reporting, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with business objectives.

You will also support continuous improvement, project recovery where required, and the development of high-performing project teams. Who we're looking for We are looking for an experienced construction professional with a strong track record of successfully leading major or complex projects.

You will bring excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, inspire and develop teams. You should be commercially astute, confident working under pressure, solutions-focused and able to make informed decisions in a fast-paced project environment.

A strong commitment to health, safety, quality and customer outcomes is essential. Essential ExperienceSignificant experience leading major or complex construction projects. Proven experience managing Project Managers and senior delivery teams.

Strong commercial and contractual management capability. Experience of project governance, reporting, risk management and project controls. Demonstrable track record of safe project delivery and implementing safe systems of work.

Experience working with clients, supply chain partners and senior stakeholders. Ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of an organisation.
