The work on offer is broad, high quality and commercially focused. You'll handle a varied caseload of contentious property matters, acting for a diverse client base including national retailers, investment funds, charities, private landlords and commercial tenants.
Typical work includes commercial lease disputes, business lease renewals, dilapidations, breach of covenant issues, termination of leases, adverse possession, LVT and Lands Tribunal matters, and a wide range of freehold and leasehold disputes.
