Property Litigation Partner - West Midlands - Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits A highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised regional law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Partner to join its established Dispute Resolution practice in the West Midlands.
With an outstanding reputation across the Midlands and a growing Property Litigation offering, this represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior lawyer to take a leading role within a well-resourced and collaborative team.
The successful candidate will work alongside highly experienced litigators, advising an established client base on a broad range of complex property disputes while contributing to the ongoing development and growth of the practice.
This opportunity would suit an existing Partner, Legal Director, Senior Associate or Principal Associate seeking a genuine platform for progression and influence within a successful and forward-thinking firm.
The Role
* Leading on a broad range of Property Litigation matters, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, rights of way issues, nuisance, trespass and land ownership disputes * Advising a diverse client base, including businesses, landowners, developers and private clients * Managing complex and high-value disputes through negotiation, mediation and formal litigation proceedings * Providing commercially focused and strategic legal advice * Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team * Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients and referrers * Playing a key role in business development initiatives and practice growth * Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to maximise cross-referral opportunities The Candidate: * Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Property Litigation * Existing Partner, Legal Director, Principal Associate, Senior Associate or equivalent senior lawyer * Strong technical expertise across a broad range of property disputes * Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships * Commercially minded with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach * Experience of supervising and developing junior team members * Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the continued growth of a successful practice * A following is welcomed but not essential The Benefits & How to Apply: * Competitive salary and attractive bonus structure * Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and enhanced pension provisions * Generous annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays * Additional office closure during the Christmas period * Flexible and supportive working environment * Strong commitment to employee wellbeing and work-life balance * High-quality work and an established client base * Genuine opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the team * Long-term progression prospects within a successful and growing firm Apply in the strictest of confidence online or via telephone.
