A highly regarded North West law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-6 PQE) to join its growing Land and Property Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 recognised team acting for a diverse client base including property developers, investors, commercial occupiers, businesses and private individuals across a broad range of contentious property matters.
The Role You will handle a varied caseload of property disputes while working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on complex matters, including: Landlord and tenant disputes Lease renewals Dilapidations claims Break notices and forfeiture Possession proceedings Easements and restrictive covenants Rights of light disputes Trespass and boundary disputes Property-related contractual disputes Professional negligence claims involving property professionals The role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work, strong technical development and genuine opportunities for progression within a supportive and collaborative team.
About You Applications are welcomed from NQ to 6 years' PQE Solicitors who can demonstrate: Experience in litigation, ideally property litigation Strong drafting and advocacy skills Excellent attention to detail Strong client-facing and communication skills The ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service An interest in business development and building professional relationships Candidates with broader commercial litigation or property-related disputes experience who are looking to specialise in property litigation are also encouraged to apply.
