The firm's work is centred on complex and high value contentious property matters, offering exposure to a broad range of disputes affecting landowners, occupiers, developers and professional clients. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, including: Adverse possession claimsBoundary and neighbour disputesEnforcement and modification of restrictive covenantsEasements, including rights of way, rights to light and drainage rightsProprietary estoppelCo ownership and TOLATA mattersDevelopment related disputesPossession proceedingsTelecommunications and statutory code rightsMortgage disputesProfessional negligence claims arising from property issuesCandidate Requirements3-6 years PQE with solid experience in property litigation or real estate disputesStrong technical understanding of contentious property mattersAbility to manage a caseload with appropriate supervisionClear and confident communication skillsA proactive, organised and commercially aware approachWhy Join?
