Property Negotiator - Putney

Overview

In this role, you drive sales and lettings of London properties, supported by a robust training plan and industry-leading commission. You’ll actively conduct viewings, leverage Foxtons’ technology platform, and work with a wide London portfolio to exceed targets. You will shape client outcomes through a performance-driven culture and cutting-edge tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive viewings and property demonstrations
• Sell or let properties from the London portfolio beyond the local patch
• Utilize in-house technology and devices (iPhone, laptop) to manage deals
• Engage with clients to maximize conversions and targets
• Participate in extensive training and leverage fast-track progression opportunities
