Job Description Property ValuerLocation: Mumbles, Swansea, SA3Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Every other Saturday: 9am to 130pm (with a half day off in lieu)Salary: Up To £30,000 basic salary with realistic On Target Earnings £35,000 - £40,000A successful and respected estate agency based in the Mumbles, Swansea, are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Property Valuer to join their growing team.

The RoleAs a Property Valuer , you will play a key role in generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
You will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals, winning instructions, and helping vendors achieve the best possible results.
