We are looking for an experienced project or change delivery professional with a track record of delivering business change, shaping opportunities and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, using customer, broker and market insight to identify improvements and translate these into practical, commercially viable solutions.

Experience in financial services or specialist lending would be beneficial but is not essential. Responsibilities for the position of Proposition Delivery Manager: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Commercial initiatives, from initial discovery and business case development through to implementation and benefits realisation.

Identify opportunities to improve the Commercial proposition and customer and broker journeys, using market, competitor and customer insight. Assess opportunities, define requirements and develop practical recommendations and commercially viable solutions.

Develop and manage delivery plans, ensuring scope, milestones, resources, budgets, risks and dependencies are effectively controlled. Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape priorities, influence decisions and drive delivery.

Take a hands-on approach to business analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering and production of delivery documentation where required. Provide clear progress updates, highlight risks and challenges, and drive timely resolution of delivery issues.

Ensure changes are successfully implemented and embedded within the Commercial business, with appropriate business readiness and benefits tracking. Challenge existing processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and greater efficiency.
