Working across internal technology teams and third-party suppliers, the role will coordinate delivery from discovery and design through build, integration, testing and implementation. This includes managing delivery plans, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, issues and reporting, ensuring technology delivery remains aligned with wider programme objectives and business change priorities.

We are looking for an experienced technology or project delivery professional with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives, ideally within a business change or transformation environment. Experience in financial services or specialist lending would be beneficial but is not essential; strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management and the ability to drive outcomes are key.

Responsibilities for the position of Technology Delivery Manager: Lead end-to-end technology delivery across the Originations Ecosystem programme, from discovery and mobilisation through design, build, integration, testing and implementation.

Own and manage the integrated technology delivery plan, ensuring milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies and supplier commitments remain on track. Translate business requirements into clear technology delivery outcomes, working with business analysts, architects and technical specialists to define requirements, solutions and acceptance criteria.

Coordinate internal technology teams and third-party suppliers, driving collaboration, resolving delivery challenges and maintaining momentum across workstreams. Manage technology delivery risks, issues and dependencies, identifying potential impacts early and driving effective mitigation and recovery plans.

Oversee delivery governance, providing clear reporting on progress, milestones, budgets, delivery confidence and key decisions required.
