Lead on audits, quality reviews, compliance monitoring and improvement plans to drive service excellence. Analyse performance data, identify development areas and work with teams to promote safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
Requirements as a Quality & Compliance m: Previous experience in a quality, compliance or operational management role within health or social care. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance frameworks. Experience supporting or managing multiple services.
