Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts. Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration. Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
