Quantity Surveyor

Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor in a fast-paced fit-out contractor, you will manage commercial and cost control across UK projects, including shopfitting, hospitality and heritage sites. You will work from the Leeds area with regular site travel, coordinating packages from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Manage full commercial packages for fit-out projects from start to finish
• Work on projects across the UK with regular site visits
• Coordinate cost control, procurement, and contract administration
• Support training and progression within the business

Key requirements

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in fit-out
• Full driving licence
• Can-do attitude and team player
• Willingness to travel and work on UK-wide projects
