A family-run business based in Leominster, Herefordshire specialising in new build housing, development, commercial building and private high value projects. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control and management, procurement, and cost reporting to ensure project budgets are closely monitored and adhered to. Qualifications Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills Experience with BOQ and Cost Planning, CVR, CSA Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and negotiation abilities Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable Salary & package negotiable upon experience. £60k depending on experience plus car allowance and life insurance
