Real Estate Finance lawyer 2 years PQE CHELTENHAM

Commercial law firm in Cheltenham is looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. The team works with:

• all kinds of lenders, including mainstream banks
• bridging loan companies
• challenger banks and peer-to-peer lenders
• individual borrowers The team covers every aspect of a real estate deal including:
• advising lenders and borrowers on loans related to property sales and acquisitions
• helping to finance property development
• refinance existing debt In view of the above, the successful candidate can expect to:
• advise on a range of issues across the breadth of real estate finance
• develop and maintain knowledge on issues within real estate finance, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge

develop opportunities for referrals of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities. Applicants will either have a background in Real Estate Finance or have had some exposure to Real Estate Finance work through a broader commercial property role.

You will also have an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships.
