Consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers, you can expect to join a highly regarded Residential Development team advising a broad client base including national and regional housebuilders, residential developers, landowners and affordable housing providers.
Your work will include: Residential development acquisitions and disposalsStrategic land transactions, including promotion agreements and option agreementsAffordable housing acquisitions and disposalsConditional contracts and development agreementsOverage arrangements and easementsTitle due diligence and site set-up workSupporting clients through the full development lifecycleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to take on high-quality work and play a key role within a successful and growing team.
Candidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial real estateStrong experience in residential development, strategic land or development-led property transactionsExperience advising developers, landowners, housebuilders or registered providers would be advantageousStrong technical, drafting and negotiation skillsA genuine interest in business development and client relationship managementCollaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externallyAmbition to develop your profile and contribute to the growth of a leading practiceWhy Join?
