The Real Estate team is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint a Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join the Scottish practice.
The Role
You'll work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, acting for a varied client base across a number of sectors. The work is interesting, varied and often high value, giving you the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working alongside experienced Lawyers.
Your caseload is likely to include: Acquisitions and disposalsCommercial leasing and portfolio managementDevelopment workInvestment and asset managementLandlord and tenant mattersProperty financeReal estate aspects of corporate transactionsYou'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your matters and build strong relationships with clients, while benefiting from the support and expertise of a wider national real estate team.
About You
We're keen to speak with Real Estate Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE who are looking for a role offering quality work, responsibility and long-term career development.
