Reference: HSJ921958308_1787561844Real Estate Solicitor - CardiffChadwick Nott are instructed on an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked commercial law firm with a strong presence across Wales and the wider UK market.
The firm's award-winning real estate team is recognised for advising on significant development, regeneration, investment and commercial property projects for a diverse client base. Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, you'll advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leasing, development projects and property finance transactions.
You will also support due diligence, title investigations, Land Registry matters and transactional management from instruction through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work, build strong client relationships and develop your career within a collaborative and ambitious team.
Candidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years' PQEExperience within a commercial real estate teamExposure to acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and/or property finance mattersStrong drafting, analytical and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative attitudeAmbitious, proactive and keen to develop within a successful real estate practiceWhy Join?
