Temporary Receptionist Location: Midhurst, West Sussex Contract: Temporary Reception Cover Hours: TBC Pay Rate: TBC About the Role We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide cover at a GP surgery near Midhurst (15 minutes' drive).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist or administrator who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment and is available for temporary assignments. Key Responsibilities Welcoming patients and visitors to the surgery Answering incoming telephone calls and handling enquiries professionally Booking, amending and cancelling appointments Managing patient records and updating information as required Handling general administrative and reception duties Ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained at all times What We're Looking For Previous reception, customer service or administration experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks Professional, organised and reliable approach Experience within a GP surgery, NHS, healthcare or medical environment would be advantageous but is not essential Benefits Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunity to gain experience within a healthcare setting Weekly pay through Reed Interested?
