The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of the Operations & Manufacturing market, partnering with clients to recruit roles such as:Operations ManagersFactory / Site ManagersProduction ManagersContinuous Improvement LeadsLean / CI SpecialistsHead of OperationsSupply Chain & Logistics LeaderThis is not transactional recruitment, but you must be happy with picking up the phone and building relationships that are consultative and relationship led.
Also, although you will be able to use the current teams’ relationships this needs to be someone who can develop and build their own relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a portfolio of operational and manufacturing clientsBuild long-term partnerships through consultative engagementIdentify and approach senior operational talentManage end-to-end recruitment campaigns (brief ? shortlist ? offer ? onboarding)Winning new business through intelligent, targeted business developmentProvide salary benchmarking and market insightRepresent Chase & Holland with credibility and professionalismAbout You We’re open to experienced recruits or high-potential consultants looking to specialise in operations.
You’ll likely have:Proven experience in recruitment or B2B salesStrong commercial awarenessConfidence on the phone and in client meetingsThe ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholdersDrive, resilience and a genuine desire to build somethingNot be scared of hardworkManufacturing or operations sector knowledge is advantageous — but attitude and ambition matter more.
