What You'll Be Doing Following a comprehensive training programme, you'll quickly become involved in every stage of the recruitment process, including: Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates Managing vacancies for an established portfolio of clients Building long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers Advertising roles and proactively headhunting talent Negotiating job offers and guiding both parties through the hiring process Developing your own client base through business development and networking Becoming a specialist within your chosen market What We're Looking For This role would suit someone who is: Ambitious and career-focused Confident speaking to new people Commercially minded and motivated by earning commission Resilient and positive when faced with challenges Organised and able to manage multiple priorities Looking for a career with genuine progression rather than just another job Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or another target-driven environment would be beneficial, although it's by no means essential.
