Registered Manager – Children’s Home - Up To £55,000 A Year

Job Description:We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated leader to take full ownership of a service and play a key role in developing a stable, high-performing team and positive home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full day-to-day management of a children’s residential home
• Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care and compliance
• Leading, developing and supporting staff teams
• Managing Ofsted/CIW readiness, audits and inspections
• Driving positive outcomes for children and young people
• Creating a stable and structured environmentRequirements:
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager OR strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Experience within children’s residential care (EBD / trauma / SEMH)
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Full UK driving licenceWhat’s on offer:
