We are seeking a confident care home leader with a strong track record in elderly care to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a small to medium-sized service, ensuring high standards of care and supporting the continued development of the home.

The service is stable, has excellent staff retention and was rated Good at its most recent CQC inspection. Key Responsibilities of the Registered ManagerLeading, motivating and developing a committed care teamOverseeing the delivery of person-centred care with compassion and respectEnsuring compliance with CQC and all relevant legislationBuilding strong relationships with residents, families, and professionalsManaging vacancies, admissions and discharges, home audits and care plans effectivelyRequirementsPrevious experience working as a Registered Manager within an elderly care setting.

Proven experience managing and leading a care team. Strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory compliance.
