We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist therapeutic residential childcare organisation in Welshpool, Powys , seeking caring, resilient and motivated individuals to join their established residential care teams. The organisation provides therapeutic residential care for children and young people who have experienced trauma and adversity.
Their approach focuses on building positive relationships, creating safe and nurturing environments, and helping young people develop the confidence, resilience and life skills needed to achieve positive futures. We are interested in speaking with candidates at all levels, from those looking to start a career in residential childcare through to experienced Senior Practitioners and Team Leaders.
