This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a dynamic and expanding team at a key moment in their growth. The RoleTo be considered, you will be an experienced Residential Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing your own caseload from initial instruction through to post completion.
You will handle a broad and varied mix of residential conveyancing matters, including: Sales and purchasesLeasehold work and lease extensionsRemortgagesNew build transactionsTransfers of equityUnregistered property mattersSDLT requirements, including reliefs and exemptionsAdvising on restrictions, cautions and complex title issuesThis firm has a strong and ever growing network, and excellent client care is at the heart of their reputation.
You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and brokers, and will play an active role in winning new business as the Bristol office continues to expand.
